On the 24th of February, the Palau Ducal will host its proposal for the FestIN festival, which will revolve around sugar cane.

Visitors will be able to enjoy, at the end of the visit, a tasting of sweets by the Tano patisserie.

The Palau Ducal will be taking part in the 4th edition of the FestIN Festival of Art and gastronomy with “La canyamel dels Borja”. A gastronomic experience centred on the cultivation of sugar cane in the Duchy of Gandia, in which attendees can take a guided tour of the Palau Ducal focusing on the important role played by the cultivation of sugar cane, and the sugar cane cultivation, and which will end with a tasting of 3 sweets inspired by the period.

The Tano patisserie will be responsible for delighting visitors with a tasting of Mousse of “Menjar blanc”, Terrer and chocolate with orange and almonds.

“La Canyamel dels Borja” will take place on 24 February at 4 pm. The tickets are priced at 17€ per person and can be purchased through the website www.palauducal.com.
